Recommendation for a Board Member/Chair of the Board of SAAT

At the end of April 2026, the first term of Alexander Rinnooy Kan as board member/chair of Stichting Administratiekantoor Aandelen Triodos Bank N.V. ("SAAT") will expire. As a result, a vacancy will arise on the SAAT Board. SAAT is grateful that Alexander has indicated his availability for reappointment for a period of 2 years (i.e., until the end of April 2028).

There is an opportunity to propose alternative candidates. SAAT therefore warmly invites all certificate holders to recommend a person as director/chair of SAAT – in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 5 of the SAAT articles of association. The recommended person must at least meet the profile and be available from the third quarter of 2026. SAAT Board members are assessed by De Nederlandsche Bank for suitability and reliability.

You have until 10 March 2026, 17:00 CET to submit your recommendation. The recommendation should consist of a curriculum vitae of the recommended person and a motivation letter. We kindly ask you to send your recommendation by email to: [email protected]. The board will make a decision regarding the vacancy and the corresponding appointment as soon as possible thereafter and will announce this decision on the website.
