At the end of September 2025, the first term in office as board members of Stichting Administratiekantoor Aandelen Triodos Bank N.V. (“SAAT”) of Roelien Ritsema van Eck and Tarique Arsiwalla will lapse. As a result of the expiration of their term in office, two vacancies arise in SAAT's board. SAAT is grateful that both Roelien Ritsema van Eck and Tarique Arsiwalla have indicated that they are available for reappointment. SAAT is grateful that both have indicated their availability for reappointment.
It is possible to nominate alternative candidates. SAAT cordially invites all depository receipt holders to - in accordance with article 6 sub 5 of the articles of association of SAAT – recommend persons to be appointed as a member of the board of SAAT. The recommended persons must in any case comply with the board profile and be available for appointment as per the fourth quarter of 2025. Members of the board of SAAT are assessed the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank) for suitability and reliability.
